a cash account is the ability to have order history on file under your account name. Based on your buying volume you may also
qualify for discounts. Click here to go to the Forms page and download a Cash Account Setup Form. Complete it and either return it to us or fax it to (913) 563-7069
PLEASE SEND ALONG A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE / STATE ID-- If you plan to write checks.
CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT: Changes such as business address, phone numbers, names of principals,
etc., must be made in writing. Verbal changes are not accepted. Please complete a new Cash Account Application.

printed on the back of your Sales Orders. These are the terms that apply to all accounts.
No employee of KCES has the authority to alter these Terms & Conditions; only an officer of KCES may do so and that exception
must be made in writing.
